It has got an excellent design and stunning picture quality. In my one year experience with it, I've found absolutely no problems. The sound is a bit mediocre when you listen in the built-in speakers. The sound get distorted at higher volumes. It is perfectly fine when I connected with multimedia speaker system. Other than this, the tv is apt for one who is looking to buy an HD Ready lcd tv at a low cost. Don't go for the first model as it has lower contrast ratio (higher the better). LA32A450C1 has more connectivity options like 3 HDMI ports, VGA, PC input, S-Video input and a headphone jack etc., so that you can connect more devices to it comfortably. The remote is a pleasant surprise with a glossy finish and larger buttons with hot keys for easier navigation. It has a better reponse time of 6ms with which you can watch fast moving pictures without any flicker. It has got a numerous picture settings, so that you can have a lot of tweaks if you wish to have. So go buy this tv, it's a lot worth for the money you spend. Hope I helped...
