I want a great 32″ LCD tv capable of 720p+ what brand should i get? im looking at sony

32″ LCD - the two best brands, for BOTH performance and reliability, are Panasonic Viera and Sony Bravia. Less expensive, but still good quality is Toshiba Regza followed by Sharp and Samsung - and maybe LG. After these, the quality just falls off too fast to take the chance.
At 32″, you will not be able t tell the difference between 720p and 1080p unless you are playing a 1080p BRD AND are sitting only a foot or so away from the screen - it’s mostly marketing hype, but it’s your $$$.

Samsung LN32A550 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV i would personally go with this one, i love it for gaming and movies , has a great picture!!!!!
