1080p blows 720p out of the water..it will ALWAYS make a difference..
go with the sharp aquos..they look good, but sitting up close, they do not..they have a verticle lining problem…but thats only if you are sitting like 3 feet or closer…

I like 1080i (most things are broadcast in 1080i, only HD DVD use 1080p). 720 is cool for that size screen, but 1080 is where its at. More res, more better, right?

they both look good, come on man, 1080 vs 720 is like 3mega pixels vs 4 mega pixels. you really can’t tell the difference and besides, unless your buying a hd or blu ray dvd player, it’ll be a while before you get true hd anyway.

you shold look at web offers and try price match you made be able to get the tosh for the same price if you haggle have you got hd YOU HAVEnt said in your qestion have you got sky if so some shops are offering sky hd for 149 instalation
