Can it be done? Because you see some lcd tv’s say pc input and others do not. Rather than buy a 22 inch pc monitor, why not a 32 inch lcd tv?

HDTV has 4 hdmi inputs, Theatre system has 1 hdmi output, video output, and 2 optical inputs. I haven’t received my hd cable box but pretty sure it will have a hdmi output and an optical output.

I need to know the best and most reliable way to connect my PC to my LCD tv. I have a packard bell PC and a 32″ samsung tv. I have heard using VGA is the answer, is this true?
