I have a DVD player that plays VCD discs. I recently purchased a SamsungHDTV. The DVD player is capable of displaying VCD discs. I am connecting the DVD player with an HDMI cable to my HDTV. When the VCD comes one, the screen temporarily displays (for like 2seconds) then it goes snowy screen ( I can hear the audio). I tried the moster cable connection between the DVD player and the HDTV, same result. Any clues?

One Response to “How To You Display Vcd Discs Via A Dvd Player To A Hdtv?”

  1. Lifetime Learner Says:

You might have to read the manual or look up the 1-800 support number by the vendor. Off hand I would suspect it might deal with the INPUT channel - check the options.
