I am new to the Media server/center thing, so any detailed explanation will definitely help:
I am planning to install an open source Media center (Moovida) in my desktop/PC (Windows Vista) upstairs in my home office and I would like to watch the movies from my HDTV downstairs from the family room.
What is the best way to connect my HDTV to the Media center through wireless. The PC upstairs is on Wifi and i have the router in the family room.

i never heard of a hdtv supporting wireless video, i dont think thats possible…. yet.
i connect my hp media center to my hdtv using a graphics card i installed that has 2 dvi ports (nvidia 8800gt), so i have my pc monitor and my hdtv connected at the same time and i switch it from display settings on my desktop. i think most new video cards have dual dvi ports these days. good luck.
